How to Track Orders
Complete the following steps to track your order:
Login to your Kanacca.com account.
Click on the Order Status link.
Click on the Order Number you wish to track.
Click on the tracking number for the item you wish to track.
If your order shows your item has shipped and no tracking information is available, please rest assured that your order is on its way.
1.Tracking information may not be updated for 24 hours.
2.Please allow 10 business days for delivery on most items.
3.Any item within our Books, Music, Movies, Games department may take up to 15 business days for delivery.
4:Oversized Items require special shipping arrangements, and may not be trackable during the delivery process.
5:Packages shipped using China EMS, China Post Air Parcel,UPS,DHL,FEDEX display a delivery confirmation number only. Detailed tracking information may be not available.
