Returns Policy
Most items sold by kanacca.com may be set up for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* For returns set up after 30 days,kanacca.com may grant a credit of up to 50% of the item¡¯s value.
After your return is set up, your item must be received back in the kanacca.com warehouse within 30 days.
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment. Media items shipped with shrink wrap must be returned unopened.
*After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs. All items are subject to a restocking fee of $50 per item OR 25% for items within the merchandise, and also Wholesale categories.
All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
